To search within your results, click the icon on the QUOSA toolbar. (Note: in Advanced View, the icon displays as image only, i.e. without the "Search in Results" description.)
There are two options for searching within results: Quick Search (see below) and Advanced Search (see right column).
You can switch between the two options using the button in the lower left corner of the dialog box.
Quick Search will search the contents of one folder (from My Searches or My Folders) at a time. Only the current set displayed in the results pane will be searched.
You can search:
Results matching your query will be displayed in a new search folder (below the folder you searched) in the Organizer Pane, with the results listed in the Results Pane.

If you only want to search full text, Title, Author or Journal fields in the current set of articles, then use the Quick Search. However if you need to search multiple folders or fields other than the three mentioned above (for example, your annotations), use the Advanced Search.

If you search across all your QUOSA IM folders and/or searches, results matching your query will be displayed in a new search folder in the Organizer Pane.
If you search within one particular folder ("Current Set"), the new search folder containing the matching results will appear below the folder you searched in.
