About This Guide

The databases and links on these pages may provide evaluative or factual information about a test, measurement, scale, survey, questionnaire, or other instrument, but usually not the full-text.

Generally, instruments need to be purchased from the author or publisher. The Behavioral Measurement Database Service, producers of the HaPI (Health and Psychosocial Instruments) database will provide, for a fee, selected tests cited in their database

Contact Treadwell Library to schedule an appointment for a free comprehensive search of the HaPI database.
