The Harvard Bureau of Study Council has some tips on how students can manage their time:

  • Make a list of things that you have to do.
  • Use multiple time frames, i.e. daily, weekly, and monthly calendars, to plan out what you have to do.
  • Prioritize your tasks.
  • "SOS strategy" = Specific, Observable Steps -- break down bigger tasks into smaller ones.
  • Remember to take breaks while you're working.

You can also use the Eisenhower Box to prioritize your tasks!
