Faculty Development

The Institute provides multiple opportunities for faculty to continue learning and developing their teaching and scholarship skills.  Here's how to find out what is available to you.

• Faculty Development Days - once a year, in the spring, the faculty comes together to listen to speakers, attend workshops and learn with each other.
   
• Peer Review of Teaching - this service with pair you with a colleague who will observe your teaching and provide feedback.
  
  
• Teaching Development Domains and Objectives - developed by the Committee for Teaching Excellence, these domains provide a starting point for you to self-assess your teaching and identify areas you would like to develop. (intranet)
