Study Breaks

Check out this awesome guide to help you figure out what's what during Study Breaks! Study Breaks are put together by the Bellack Library, OSAS, and Campus Services at the end of each semester.

Student Assistance Program (SAP)

The Student Assistance Program (SAP) is housed in the IHP Student and Alumni Center, Building 39. As always, students and household members can be seen in any of Partners SAP/EAP’s nine offices, or speak with a counselor over the phone. For more information on how the SAP can help, or to schedule an appointment, call (866) 724-4327.

Normally counselors are on campus two half-days each week to offer IHP students assessment, referral, and short-term counseling (up to six visits). With campus currently being closed, counselors are available online.
