Mantras & Affirmations

Here is some mantras that should help you feel empowered to persevere through stressful times and achieve anything! Repeat these to yourself daily or as needed looking in a mirror or with your eyes gently closed. If this technique works for you, you will know it (or should I say feel it with genuine acceptance). These are just a few examples, but you can also create your own to make it more personalized to your own individual experience.
